Julie and Candice have been friends for almost sixteen years. It all began when our little red heads started going to preschool together. We became fast friends and found that there was a unique creative energy for life between us. We started to train for a half marathon and ran furiously in the early mornings dreaming about everything we could imagine while breathing in the fresh air. We shared recipes and cooking tips, gardening, home decorating, and even how to get a child to potty train. Through the years our friendship has grown as our children have, candice moved about an hour away, yet we still would meet at our favorite restaurants and vintage thrift stores. Finding all the hidden treasures of the area, while tasting the newest and most exotic olives and cheeses from our local farmers market. We love junk shopping and then going to anthropology to drool over their displays. Candice and Julie are a creative team with unexplained synergy, a love for things forgotten, and endless dreamers for finding beauty everyday.

Candice Elton lives in a little town in the mountains. She, with her husband Rich, is raising their five children in the fresh air with lots of room to run and imagine. Julie Collings lives at the base of the Rocky Mountains with her husband Matt and their four children.
